Delivery Information
We charge one price for delivery of the majority of our range regardless of quantity. Larger items need to be charged at a higher rate.
Often things need to be made up to order so please allow up to 15 working days for delivery before coming after us. We use first class (signed for)
post unless otherwise requested
Postage
We charge a flat rate P&P of £4.95 for the vast majority of the range - regardless of how many you order - to all mainland UK addresses
via the Royal Mail "Signed For" service. Orders for our largest items (sized 30x 60cm and larger) will need to be charged a higher rate of £9.95.
Please enquire about non-mainland UK, European and International delivery costs. If you live in London and are keen to save on the P&P we are very
happy for you to collect your purchase from our SW18 address, in which case we will refund the P&P charge on collection.
Packaging
We try our best to be enviromentally friendly which means we often re-use packaging materials - but please rest assured we will ensure
your picture(s) arrive in perfect condition regardless of what we use to pad, protect and package it in.
Easy to look after
Hanging - The chunky style canvas used by SillyBilly Fabric Art makes for very quick and easy hanging. Firstly they come without
string as they are designed to sit flush to the wall and secondly no pictures hooks required, just one nail or two (depending on width of picture)
banged in to virtually any wall (they are so lightweight you should have no problems) and placed on the nail.
Cleaning – obviously these pictures get dusty along the top deep edge of the canvas and are best cleaned with a sticky lint roller
most often used for clothes (available from John Lewis, Ikea, H&M to name a few). Avoid wiping with a damp cloth as it may leave a dirty smear on
the fabric.
